In about 90 minutes, we’ll get into the details of what your goals are for selling and your timeline. Then, I’ll outline my step-by-step strategy for getting you the highest possible price in the fewest days on market. We’ll also cover the specific information you need to know for selling your property, legal paperwork, and important market stats.
3. Home Preparation
We’ll want to get your home prepared for market. That’s the way to secure asking price—and oftentimes, over. I’ll consult you on any upgrades or repairs—which you can seamlessly complete through my pre-sale construction services or otherwise—and staging plans. And if you decide to go with my pre-sale services, you’ll only pay at closing.
Thankfully, my home building experience makes me more than qualified to offer guidance on upgrades and repairs that can boost your ROI. Once the upgrades and repairs (if any) are complete, we’ll take photos—both 3D and still, to deploy in our brochures and dedicated home website, which include video, floor plans, images, and a 3D tour.
