3. Home Preparation
We’ll want to get your home prepared for market. That’s the way to secure asking price—and oftentimes, over. I’ll consult you on any upgrades or repairs—which you can seamlessly complete through my pre-sale construction services or otherwise—and staging plans. And if you decide to go with my pre-sale services, you’ll only pay at closing.

Once the upgrades and repairs (if any) are complete, we’ll take photos—both 3D and still, to deploy in our brochures and dedicated home website, which include video, floor plans, images, and a 3D tour.
