Arlington Homes Index

Arlington is the 5th highest income county in the US based on median household income, and the 11th most densely populated county in the US. These two factors combine to drive a home market that is one of the strongest in the country. Due to the high salaries of residents and a lack of new land for development, almost all new construction in the county is teardown. As a result, most of the neighborhoods in Arlington are a mix of older track homes built in the postwar era, and an architecturally diverse variety of newer homes built in their place.

From a real estate perspective, Arlington is divided into two halves: North Arlington and South Arlington.
