Passive radon venting is a very simple. In this application a 3″ PVC plumbing “T” was placed below grade. The “T” is connected to a PVC pipe that extends thru the roof of the home. In theory, radon has a path to the outside. If after testing for radon, it is determined that the home has high levels of the gas a simple in-line fan can be installed exhaust the radon.
